Sarah Criste, LPC-MHSP

Sarah East, MS received her Master of Science in Applied Psychology with a specialization in Counseling Psychology at the University of Baltimore. Since then she has received her clinical experience from working as a counselor in inpatient and outpatient facilities for substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders. Sarah is a dedicated counselor, motivated to help every client learn healthy means of dealing with mental and emotional difficulties.  She aims to create a safe space for individuals to voice their deepest struggles and concerns and serves as a compassionate presence to help guide individuals towards healing, empowerment, and growth.
