Sometimes kids need more support than weekly therapy can offer.

Targeted Growth is a short-term program for children ages 8–12 who are struggling with emotions or behaviors that feel hard to manage.

It’s more support than traditional therapy — but kids still go home each day.

Offered in Smyrna & Jefferson City, TN

This program may be a good fit if your child:

• Needs more than once-a-week therapy

• Is struggling at school or at risk of suspension

• Feels overwhelmed by big emotions

• Needs more structure and support

The program includes:

• Group therapy

• Individual therapy

• Family therapy

• Medication management (if needed)

Schedule: 3 days per week • 2 hours per day • 6 weeks

We help kids build skills, confidence, and healthier ways to handle life.
