Taylor DeWitt, M.A., NCC, earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana and her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Dillard University. Her diverse clinical background includes working with adolescents in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) settings and supporting college students and adults navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth.
Taylor utilizes an integrative, client-centered approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices to promote holistic well-being. She also incorporates play-based techniques when developmentally appropriate to support clients across the lifespan.
Committed to lifelong learning, Taylor is pursuing advanced training in the TraumaPlay® model to further enhance her ability to support individuals who have experienced trauma. She believes that healing happens through connection and collaboration and is passionate about helping clients recognize their strengths, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
