Laura Balan, MSW

Laura Balan (she/her) is a clinical therapist based in Nashville. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work (2018) at Belmont University and Master of Social Work (2024) at the University of Georgia. Laura works with children of all ages as well as adults and families, via Telehealth and in person at the Nashville office. She takes a trauma-informed approach to therapy, utilizing CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and play therapy modalities with her clients. Laura is passionate about working to heal patterns of intergenerational trauma in families and communities.
