Cat Tourangeau, LPC-MHSP

Cat Tourangeau (she/her) is Clinical Director at ABHS and a licensed professional counselor (LPC-MHSP) and Tennessee approved clinical supervisor. Cat received her M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University in 2014 and came to Nashville in 2016 after starting her career in community-based mental health in New York City. Cat uses a trauma- and diversity-informed approach in building a collaborative therapeutic relationship to address each client’s individual needs. Cat sees adults, adolescents, couples, and EAP clients via telehealth and in person at the Nashville office and enjoys working with LGBTQ+ clients and families.
