Cat Tourangeau, LPC-MHSP

Cat Tourangeau (she/her) is Vice President of Clinical Services at ABHS. Cat is a licensed professional counselor (LPC-MHSP) and Tennessee approved clinical supervisor. Cat received her M.Ed. in Mental Health Counseling from Columbia University in 2014 and came to Nashville in 2016 after starting her career in community-based mental health in New York City.

Cat uses a trauma- and diversity-informed approach in building a collaborative therapeutic relationship to address each client’s individual needs. Cat sees adults, adolescents, couples, and EAP clients via telehealth and enjoys working with LGBTQ+ clients and families.
