Kerith Hopper, MSW, graduated from the University of Denver, Graduate School of Social work with a concentration in trauma and mental health. She began her career as a BSW, working in the field of child welfare, foster care, and adoptions. Kerith has training in mindfulness, meditation, solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practices. In addition, she continues her education in modalities that support her client's healing journey. Her goal is to hold a safe space for her clients to explore, heal, and grow. She believes clients are the experts of their own lives and follows their lead for goals and direction.
